EMILY VOGES, PLA

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT / URBAN PLANNER

Emily Voges is a multi-talented landscape designer, horticulturist, urban designer, explorer, and linguist.

Emily brings more than 12 years experience in international design/build project delivery. Emily spent a number of years living and working in Brazil designing amazing projects, seeing the sites, experiencing the culture, honing her design/build expertise, and learning the language.

Before moving to Brazil Emily grew up in the Los Angeles area then attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah where she graduated with a bachelor in Landscape and Urban Horticulture. Since then she received an accredited certificate of landscape architecture from UCLA and is actively pursuing licensure working through the Landscape Architect Registration Examination (LARE) tests.

Emily’s most recent work has been in the Los Angeles area designing on-structure landscapes and mixed-use projects. Emily’s experience designing rooftop gardens, greenroofs, rooftop patios, rooftop living spaces, and her design/build expertise are a true asset to all of Stack Rock Group’s clients.

When she isn’t designing amazing landscapes Emily enjoys talking shop with her husband who is a Brazilian architectural designer, floating the Boise river, riding bikes with their two boys, and methodically ensuring they never move back to Los Angeles.
